Your new role
The role of the Colleague Partner team is to provide operational C&C support and strategic advice to the business with the objective of building the Fund’s culture and capability to deliver high performance.
The Colleague & Culture Adviser is responsible for delivering high quality C&C support to the Colleague Partners along with appropriate guidance to the business around people matters.
This role also has a focus on continuous improvement of C&C processes and practices, coordination of team requirements across the Fund and project management to develop and deliver key initiatives. This position is also responsible for focused support for assigned Colleague Partners including recruitment, realignment activity and performance management.
Key duties include but are not limited to:
Provide advice and support to people leaders and colleagues in relation to C&C policies and procedures and intranet navigation where appropriate.
Act as an escalation point for co-ordinator queries and letters.
Manage colleague queries ensuring all items are actioned in a timely manner and including follow-up action where necessary.
Assist in management of the recruitment process including position management, approvals and benchmarking.
Support the C&C annual calendar of events including performance and remuneration review and engagement survey.
Collate and prepare information packs and reporting to a high standard as requested (eg People Leader Forum packs).
What you’ll need
Strong commitment to AustralianSuper’s purpose and values.
At least 3 years’ experience as a human resources practitioner.
Strong IT acumen, including prior use of Microsoft Office suite.
Effective interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
Highly developed organisational skills and attention to detail.
The ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders (both internal and external).
Well-developed sense of initiative and the ability to work as part of a team.
