Job Description

What you'll do
Preparation of full Statutory accounts under UKGAAP, including Strategic
Report
Take a lead on external & internal audits
Ownership for quarterly SOX controls review process
Perform all accounting for internally developed Intangible assets and build
new reporting for monitoring performance in this important area of the
business
Account for all Payroll entries, calculate PSAs, holiday & bonus accruals
Preparation of employee commission calculations on a monthly and
quarterly basis. Streamline the Commission Scheme processes and
develop further controls for appropriate approvals & documentation
Lease accounting
Cashflow forecasting & foreign currency hedging
Timely and accurate financial reporting & disclosures to corporate finance
Oversee multi-currency intercompany accounts reconciliations
Oversee Balance sheet account reconciliations
Take ownership for maintaining robust internal controls and developing
them further as business continues to grow both in size and complexity
Complete Office of National Statistics surveys
Continuous improvement of Finance processes, financial reporting &
internal controls
Participate in special projects as requiredWhat you’ll bring with you

Self-motivated and diligent, continuous improvement attitude is a must
Qualified ACCA or ACA with at least 2 years of financial accounts experience
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
USGAAP experience is desirable
