The Role

As our Client & Growth Lead, you’ll drive growth by securing new business and expanding existing accounts. This hybrid role requires adaptability, ownership, and rapid learning. You'll be an elite operator, comfortable navigating ambiguity, highly resourceful, and energized by challenges.

Develop and execute strategic growth plans, identifying opportunities to secure new clients and deepen existing relationships.

Perform market analysis to spot trends, generate insights, and quickly pivot strategies to capture emerging opportunities.

Build influential relationships with C-level, executives and senior stakeholders, advising on talent and growth strategies that create impact.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Talent, Product, and Leadership teams to ensure seamless client experience and operational excellence.

Lead commercial discussions, structure compelling proposals, and close deals that align with Chapter 2’s growth ambitions.

You bring

Proven ability (~3-5 years) in business development, account management, or consulting roles in high-paced environments (ideally tech, talent, SaaS, or professional services).
