Senior Product Owner – Robotics Platform & Infrastructure

About the Role
As the Senior Product Owner for the Robotics Platform & Infrastructure, you will lead the planning, development, and delivery of our Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS) platform. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders—to define the product vision, prioritize features, and ensure the successful implementation of scalable, secure, and reliable robotics solutions. The initial focus will be on enabling site security use cases, with the goal of building a flexible platform that supports multiple teams and future applications.

How You Will Contribute
 

• Define and maintain a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and market needs.
• Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on stakeholder input, customer feedback, and market trends.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-quality platform capabilities.
• Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Translate complex technical and business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners/OEMs to ensure alignment and smooth integration.
• Support deployment and operational readiness, including cloud and IoT integration.
• Ensure the platform meets safety, security, and data compliance standards while maximizing business value.

What You Will Bring
 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  6–10 years of experience in product management within robotics, IoT, or hardware/software systems.
• Agile Product Owner or Scrum certification (preferred).
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional product teams in scale-up or startup environments.
• Strong communication skills—clear, concise, and adaptable to different audiences.
• Analytical and creative problem-solving abilities with a focus on root cause and innovation.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams.
• Willingness to travel 30–50% globally to support on-site operations.
• Fluency in German and English; additional languages such as Dutch and French are a plus.
