About the role
As Business Development and Go-to Market Head for the Robotics Platform & Infrastructure, you will define and drive the commercial strategy and go-to-market plans for our Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS) offering. You will identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to position the platform effectively—starting with site security and expanding into related markets. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration across product, sales, marketing, architecture, and deployment teams to ensure successful product launches and sustained revenue growth. You will also build and nurture strategic partnerships to accelerate market adoption and long-term commercial success.
How You Will Contribute
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities, customer segments, and pricing strategies.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial and go-to-market strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Manage key commercial relationships and partnerships, negotiating agreements that support long-term growth.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment between product development and market needs.
- Track and analyze commercial performance metrics to optimize strategies and ensure targets are met.
What You Will Bring
- Degree in Business, Strategy, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent commercial training is a plus.
- 9+ years of experience in commercial strategy, business development, or go-to-market leadership—ideally in robotics, technology platforms, or SaaS.
- Experience launching hardware-enabled services or robotics/automation products.
- Proven success in pricing, partnerships, or channel development.
- Strong communication skills—clear, tactful, and effective across diverse audiences.
- Analytical and creative problem-solving abilities with a focus on innovation and impact.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across dynamic, multicultural teams.
- Willingness to travel 30–50% globally to support commercial operations and on-site engagements.
- Fluency in German and English; additional languages such as Dutch and French are a plus.
