- You have 3+ years of experience in software architecture and software development.
- You are proficient in JavaScript, React.js, Angular, and HTML.
- English - Native or fully fluent.
- Research, design, implement, and manage software programs.
- Test and evaluate new programs.
- Identify areas for modification in existing programs and develop required changes.
- Write and implement efficient code.
- Determine operational practicality of solutions.
- Deploy software tools, processes, and metrics.
- Maintain and upgrade existing systems.
- Work closely with other developers, UX designers, business analysts, and systems analysts.
- Track and fully document changes for functional and business specifications.
- Configure and customize internal and external Salesforce platforms.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes through information systems, SaaS systems, and workflow tools.
- Read and interpret technical literature related to industry best practices and communicate findings to technical and product leadership.
- Participate in the agile software development life cycle.
Requisitos
- 3+ years of relevant software development or software architecture experience.
- Proficiency in software development and coding in various languages (Salesforce Apex, Lightning Web Components, C#, Java, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Angular, React, etc.).
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Working knowledge of complex business systems integration and object-oriented design patterns.
- Demonstrated knowledge of relational and document databases, data modeling, and ETL tools.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional journals, technical procedures, and regulations; write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals; present information effectively.
- Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform basic arithmetic with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in programs used by the company, including PrismHR, Salesforce.com, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google applications, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), marketing software, email management systems, CRM systems, and Internet applications.
