Business Analyst - Consulting

Experience: 0–1 years (Freshers can apply)

We are looking for a motivated and analytical fresher to join our consulting team as a Business Analyst. This role offers hands-on exposure to real-world business problems, client interactions, and the opportunity to support the creation of impactful solutions, PoVs, and business presentations across strategy and transformation projects. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Assist in collecting and analyzing data to support client engagements and internal initiatives. 
  

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, benchmarks, and strategic opportunities. 
  

• Support the creation of client presentations, strategic business decks, and internal PoVs (Points of View). 
  

• Help structure insights from qualitative and quantitative analysis into business recommendations. 
  

• Participate in internal brainstorming sessions, workshops, and client meetings (as applicable). 
  

• Assist in documenting business requirements and supporting project teams in implementation design. 
  

• Work closely with consultants and project leads to deliver high-quality outputs under tight timelines. 
  

• Stay updated on industry trends, digital tools, and emerging business models relevant to client needs. 
  

Requirements

Qualifications 

• Candidates must hold an MBA degree in Business, Management, or a related field from a recognized institution. 
  

• Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related disciplines. 
  

• Strong interest in management consulting, strategy, or digital transformation. 
  

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
  

• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel; ability to create professional business decks and summaries. 
  

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and logical problem-solving. 
  

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. 
  

Preferred (Good to have): 

• Internship or academic project experience related to business analysis, consulting, or research. 
  

• Familiarity with tools like Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or basic data analysis concepts. 
  

• Participation in case competitions, strategy clubs, or business workshops. 
  

• Exposure to frameworks like SWOT, 5 Forces, or business model canvas is a plus
