This position will be part of the Account Remediation and Military Service Support (ARMSS) team within the Customer Fulfillment Network. The ARMSS team ensures the accurate and timely fulfillment of requests received for account protection under the Servicemember Civil Relief Act (SCRA) and the Military Lending Act (MLA).  The team is also responsible for timely account remediation for US Consumer accounts.  In this role, the Business Integration-Project Manager will work closely to the Operations Director to define, execute and improve upon team processes and projects and will ensure that there are strong controls built into processes to identify and limit risk.

  • Manage project delivery across planning, design, implementation, and change management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
  • Lead reengineering projects that improve the resilience, efficiency, and recoverability of business operations and supporting systems.
  • Lead the implementation of a Global Disaster Recovery Strategy in GBN.
  • Partner with Smart Monitoring teams to establish strong Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and risk registers aligned with resilience objectives.
  • Track project performance and provide written and verbal status updates and outcomes to leadership and governance forums.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee projects that enhance the organization’s ability to anticipate, withstand, and recover from operational disruptions.
  • Work closely with business units, IT, Risk, and Compliance teams to identify critical business services and map supporting processes, systems, and third parties.
  • Promote a culture of resilience awareness and readiness across the organization.
  • Support the development and implementation of business continuity plans (BCPs), disaster recovery plans (DRPs).
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and adapt strategies to the evolving needs of our Operations colleagues, seeking input along the way.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated strong project management skills, with proven record of successfully leading and implementing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • A self-starter, responsive to change in a dynamic environment, and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear communicator with the ability to present effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and change leadership skills.
  • Must be proficient the following applications: Visio and Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel & Word.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in leading processes with high regulatory oversight.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of project management experience with a focus on operational improvement, and risk management.
  • PMP or equivalent certification.
  • SQL experience is a plus. 

Minimum Qualifications

 

Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
