This role oversees scheduling and logistics of external transportation operations including contracting with charter bus companies and groups. Also, collects data and information from guests to create a manifest for their arrival.

 

Our ideal candidate:

• Minimum 2 years guest service experience

• Excellent oral and written communication, organization and time-management, and attention to detail.

• Must be able to maintain confidentiality of guest information.

• Must be willing to work different shifts including weekends and holidays.

• Must be able to work well under-pressure.

• Ability to resolve issues.

• Ability to work with other departments on a daily basis.

• Ability to compile, compute and analyze pertinent data needed for reports.

About the role:

• Handles guests’ inquiries via email and phone calls.

• Help Transportation Supervisor with invoices, contracts, and deposits.

• Help and assist greeting of buses, issuing Rewards Cards and providing customer information services, when deemed necessary.

• Handles all guest inquiries and complaints in an efficient, courteous, and tactful manner.

• Must be able to maneuver to all areas of the casino.

• Must be able to lift items up to 10 pounds and carry up to 5 pounds.

• Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, twist and grip items while working at assigned desk area.

• Must have the manual dexterity and coordination to operate office equipment, including a 10 key adding machine, PC computers, fax machine and photo copier.

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

• Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke.

 

Pay: $19.50 per hour, depending on experience.
