Requirements

We are looking for a highly experienced Talent Management Specialist to drive the design, delivery, and optimization of talent management and learning systems within our organization. This role requires deep expertise in Cornerstone LMS and other HR technology platforms, strong vendor management capabilities, and the ability to lead process improvement initiatives in talent and learning operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to the HR and business leadership teams, ensuring seamless service delivery, system efficiency, and enhanced employee experience across all talent management processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Management System Administration

  • Oversee and manage the Cornerstone Learning Management System (LMS) and other HR platforms such as Workday and Gloat.
  • Lead configuration, maintenance, and upgrades of talent management systems to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to design integrations and manage associated system processes.

2. Vendor & Service Delivery Management

  • Manage and monitor the performance of third-party service providers and vendors delivering talent management and learning solutions.
  • Implement service level agreements (SLAs) and quality measures to ensure service excellence.
  • Drive vendor escalation processes, issue resolution, and incident management to maintain service continuity.

3. Talent & Learning Operations

  • Support the delivery of learning, performance, and succession management programs through effective system utilization.
  • Execute system audits and test cycles to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Leverage JIRA and Agile methodologies to manage project deliverables and system enhancements.

4. Process & Performance Improvement

  • Identify opportunities for improving talent management workflows through system automation and best practices.
  • Create and enforce process documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze usage metrics to recommend system and process improvements.

5. Leadership & Team Development

  • Guide and mentor junior team members, building their capabilities in system management and service delivery.
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex talent management issues.
  • Partner with HR leaders to align system functionalities with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 12+ years in HR technology and talent management operations, with significant experience in Cornerstone LMS.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems such as Workday and Gloat.
  • Proven ability in vendor performance management and third-party service delivery.
  • Proficiency in JIRA and Agile project methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of integration designs, workflows, and system processes.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Skilled in audit management, test cycles, and compliance tracking.
