Requirements
We are seeking highly experienced Senior Professionals with a proven track record in managing and acquiring high-net-worth individuals (UHNI) and corporate relationships. This is a pivotal role in our rapidly scaling platform, requiring deep expertise in relationship management, strategic advisory, and a solid understanding of financial products and solutions. You will work closely with UHNIs, family offices, and large corporates across India to drive business growth, deliver exceptional client service, and build long-lasting, strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Relationship Management:
o Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with UHNI clients, family offices, and corporate entities across India.
o Develop deep, trust-based relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders within UHNI groups and corporates.
o Provide personalized and high-level service to clients, addressing their unique financial needs and aspirations.
2. Investment Management:
o Understand the nuances of the firm’s products and services, including investment management solutions, offer high-quality, tailor-made investor portfolios for UHNI clients and corporates.
o Regularly review and optimize client portfolios in alignment with changing market conditions and client goals.
3. Strategic Sales & Cross-Selling:
o Identify cross-selling and referral opportunities across the firm's investment management products to further expand client portfolios and engagement.4. Team Collaboration & Leadership:
o Collaborate with internal teams including Fund Managers, Product Specialists, Service & Operations teams to provide holistic solutions to clients.
5. Business Development & Networking:
o Continuously explore new business opportunities and build a pipeline of potential UHNI and corporate clients through proactive networking and referrals.
o Stay connected with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics to offer relevant and timely advice to clients.
Desired Profile:
1. Educational Qualifications:
o MBA from premier business schools or Chartered Accountant (CA) with over 10 years of experience.
2. Key Traits:
o Proven success in building and managing UHNI and corporate relationships, ideally in Wealth Management, Asset Management, or Corporate Banking across India.
o Established network and direct relationships with UHNIs, family offices, and corporate decision-makers across India.
o Strong knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and asset classes, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable advice for clients.
o Having an Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of energy, self-motivation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
o Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
o Ability to think strategically and develop long-term client relationships, with a focus on creating value for both the client and the firm.
