We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Enterprise Sales Lead to spearhead business growth in the West or South region. This is a hunting role, focused on building relationships and expanding the client base by targeting enterprise-level accounts. The position plays a critical role in establishing partnerships with top-tier brands and agencies, leveraging expertise in the MarTech space to effectively position cutting-edge solutions.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and close new enterprise-level accounts, primarily with brands and marketing agencies.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and accelerate business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior marketing teams of enterprise clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Position the organization as a leader in the MarTech sector by showcasing the unique value of hyper-personalized video solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring customized solutions align with client objectives.
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional client experiences.
- Provide clients with insights on how to leverage personalized video technology to improve customer engagement and drive measurable business outcomes.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven success in enterprise sales with a track record of closing large, complex deals.
- Established relationships with marketing teams in enterprise organizations, especially within MarTech or digital marketing.
- Expertise in B2B sales and the ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technology to non-technical audiences.
- Strong knowledge of MarTech tools, digital marketing strategies, and enterprise-level technologies.
- Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficient in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience selling AI-based solutions, digital marketing technologies, or personalized video platforms.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and video content strategies.
- Strong network within the MarTech ecosystem.
- Thrives in entrepreneurial, rapidly changing environments.
