Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, Tulsa, is searching for a charismatic and experienced Senior Dealer to join our team! You'll play a vital role in dealing cards professionally, ensuring accurate payouts, and providing exceptional service to our guests. 

• Deliver prompt, courteous, and accurate card dealing with a focus on security and precision. 
• Create a welcoming and entertaining environment for guests, ensuring they understand the game and have a fantastic experience. 
• Maintain game security, exchange currency for chips, and ensure adherence to all gaming regulations. 

• We're looking for someone with a minimum of a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 6 months of directly related experience. Alternatively, a blend of education and relevant experience will do the trick!   
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly with a team.   
• You possess excellent customer service skills and enjoy interacting with people. 
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license to assist with various properties, if needed.   
• Must successfully complete training in CNE Gaming Academy. 
• Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority. 
• Be prepared for a vibrant atmosphere with exposure to smoke, noise, and bright lights.  
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can maintain focus under pressure.
