As a Table Games Dual Rate at Hard Rock Tulsa, you are a crucial player on our casino floor. You'll go beyond simply dealing cards; you will be the friendly face and guiding hand at the gaming table, responsible for both flawless game execution and creating a dynamic and entertaining atmosphere. This dual-rate position requires a unique blend of exceptional technical skills, keen attention to detail for security, and a leadership presence to guide fellow dealers and ensure all games run smoothly. You will be a vital resource for our guests, assisting them with gameplay while upholding the highest standards of safety, accuracy, and adherence to established rules. 

  • Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate dealing for various table games.
  • Act as a leader on the casino floor, guiding and providing direction to other dealers as needed.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all safety policies and procedures, reporting any potential hazards to leadership immediately.
  • Maintain the security of all table games by performing and overseeing deck inspections and monitoring for irregular play.
  • Accurately count and make payouts with precision, ensuring the integrity of every transaction.
  • Act as a resource for guests, assisting them with gameplay and ensuring they understand and follow established rules and procedures.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned, including varied shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of proven experience dealing cards in a casino table games environment (MUST KNOW ROULETTE), or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and guide the work of other employees in a professional and effective manner.
  • Proficiency in dealing a variety of table games, including blackjack, roulette, mini baccarat, and various carnival games.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a secure gaming environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to create a welcoming and entertaining atmosphere for guests.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
  • Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Comfortable working in an environment with exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise.
  • Ability to lift objects up to 10 lbs.
