Welcome to Star Group – a hospitality powerhouse, bringing together some of the best bars, pubs, and restaurants across the country. As we continue to grow, we’re on the lookout for a temporary Office Administrator to join our team in the Auckland support office, starting in early September through a busy and exciting period.
You’ll play a key role in supporting the broader Auckland office and Leadership Team. Day-to-day this looks like:
- Managing the StarSocial customer service inbox - resolving customer queries, concerns, and requests
- Managing gift card and voucher processes - from customer orders to balance and expiries
- Overseeing office management tasks - supplies maintenance, and meeting room coordination
- Providing admin support to the Leadership Team - expense processing, calendar coordination, and project assistance
- Facilitate Support Office meetings and functions along with event planning
This role is earmarked to start in early September for a period of two to three months and is based in the office full-time.

- Organised and detail-oriented –an eye for detail and ticking things off the list
- Collaborative - approachable, proactive, and enjoy being part of a wider team
- Adaptable – you’re comfortable juggling a variety of tasks in a fast-paced setting
- A great communicator – experienced in customer service and building relationships
