AR Accountant

Duties & Responsibilities

 

● Responsible for the accounting and management of accounts receivable, timely supervision, collection of payments, tracking and handling of overdue payments, and reporting to leader.

● Communicate and confirm with the sales team and customers in time, complete the reconciliation of shipments and revenue recognition, and work with the tax team to issue invoices.

● Prepare and organize analysis reports related to accounts receivable and revenue.

● Cooperate with the company's annual audit work and provide relevant documnets.

● Other tasks assigned by the leader.

 

Qualification & Requirements

 

● Bachelor's degree with Accounting major, Holding a certificate of junior accountant or above

● More than three years of experience in accounts receivable accounting, familiar with accounts receivable processes and revenue accounting standards

● Proficient in using office software, preferably proficient in Oracle system.

● Proficient and fluent English, able to serve as a working language
