Clinical Coordinator RN - Surgery General

Working under the supervision of the Operating Room Manager, the Clinical Coordinator RN of the operating room is a professional Registered Nurse with demonstrated leadership and administrative competence in the selected specialty. The individual in this position represents Covenant Health and the Surgical Services Department by interpreting and applying policies and nursing practice guidelines, planning and coordinating day to day unit operations of the selected specialty and assuming accountability for utilization of human and material resources by managing those resources within established budgetary guidelines.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Upon hire: Texas Registered Nurse License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
1 year - Nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
