About the role:

The Executive Vice President of Human Resources will be a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, responsible for shaping and executing the company’s global HR strategy. This role demands a visionary leader who can drive organizational growth, nurture talent, and champion a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

As the Executive Vice President of Human Resources, you will:

 —Contribute actively to the strategic development of Alleima as part of Group Executive Management.

 —Own and drive the people & organization agenda to execute business strategy, drive growth, and enable transformation.

 —Advise the executive team on leadership, culture, organizational design, AI value realization, and talent development.

 —Lead the global people and HR strategy, ensuring alignment across decentralized divisions.

—Oversee the wide strategic workforce planning, ensuring alignment with market dynamics and future business needs.

 —Develop and implement strategies to strengthen organizational culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion.

 —Ensure compliance with global labour laws, internal policies, and ethical standards.

About you:

You hold a relevant academic degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. You bring strong business acumen and a proven ability to translate strategy into impactful people and organizational capabilities. With deep expertise in workforce planning, leadership development, and organizational design, you understand how HR technology, AI, and data interconnect with processes, skills, and structures. You have extensive experience in executive-level decision-making and have successfully led global HR functions in complex, decentralized environments. Your background includes several years in senior managerial roles, where you’ve demonstrated high integrity, sound judgment, and exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in English and Swedish is required.
