About You

We would love to hear from you if you are:

Experienced in recruitment coordination or a similar talent acquisition support role

Highly organised with excellent time management skills

A confident communicator, able to engage with diverse stakeholders

Skilled in Microsoft Office and familiar with ATS platforms (Oracle experience is a plus)

Passionate about inclusive hiring practices and promoting equity and belonging

What You’ll Be Doing

As our Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our recruitment operations. You’ll support end-to-end hiring activities, from scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications to overseeing onboarding processes and right-to-work checks.

You’ll work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to source candidates, maintain accurate recruitment data, and deliver a smooth, professional hiring journey for every applicant. You’ll also play an active role in enhancing our employer brand, improving the candidate experience, and championing diversity and inclusion initiatives across the business.
