The Role 

Reporting to our SVP of Sales - North America, the Head of Sales - Flooring will lead our Sales Organization for the Flooring Business Unit. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Own and implement the Go-to-Market strategy for flooring. Ensure alignment with our global GTM strategy and regional sales leaders. 
  • Scale best practices and implement a consistent sales methodology across the region. 
  • Coach and mentor sales leaders to create a high performing sales organization. Support hiring and onboarding of sales talent; integrate new teams after relevant M&A activity. 
  • Report weekly on pipeline, opportunities, and key metrics while ensuring operational excellence. 
  • Build internal relationships and coordinate cross-functional and vertical business partnerships. 
  • Support and sponsor strategic customer and partner relationships. 
  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and act as the voice of the segment across the region. 
  • Be a transversal company leader and a key member of the Sales Leadership Team – driving total company growth and key company priorities. 
  • Ensure CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and data-driven decisions. 
  • Drive adoption of sales tools to accelerate cycles and improve efficiency. 
  • Required Experience and Qualifications: 
  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant sales leadership experience. 
  • Senior Director-level management experience or higher, with tangible leadership successes in mid-sized companies. 
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across cultures.  Ability to interface and influence all levels across the organization up to and including the board.   
  • Analytical, structured, and skilled in problem-solving including in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.  Comfort with building structure, practices, and procedures in a growing company. 
  • Growth mindset with a strong focus on people development with a proven track record of leading and inspiring sales organizations.  Special talent for coaching mid-level managers to foster high performing teams. 
  • Passion for customers and being an ambassador for Cyncly in the market. 
  • PE experience with fast growth turnaround preferred.

  • Bookings, Revenue and market share growth. 
  • Pipeline coverage and improved win rates. 
  • High team engagement and retention. 
  • Customer acquisition, satisfaction and retention.
