The Role
Club L London is excited to be growing the Customer Care team!
Full Time Roles Available – Evenings & Weekends:
- Full Time Hours – Monday - Friday 2pm-10pm (Remote)
- Full Time Hours - Tuesday - Saturday 12pm-8pm (Remote)
- Full Time Hours - Monday - Friday 7am-3pm (Remote)
This role offers homeworking, but you must be available to come into our Head Office in Trafford Park, Manchester for twice a year for our strategy days.
The training period will consist of Monday - Friday 9am-5pm for 4 weeks (remotely) and you will be required to come to the Manchester Head Office for the first day of training.
Responsibilities
- Providing customer support through email and instant messages
- Great communicator and listener
- Problem solving mindset - you should be able to solve problems, show empathy, make customers feel heard, valued and appreciated
- Provide excellent customer service with great attention to detail
- Reply to customer queries in a professional manor and ensure that they receive a response that resolves their issue
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and quickly
- Be confident in following Club L procedures and making decisions
- Knowing company products and services to effectively communicate with customers and provide them with the correct resolution
Requirements
- This is an entry level role, however previous customer service experience is advantageous
- Ability to provide a positive customer experience
- Good English writing skills with good attention to grammar and sentence structure
- Ability to manage and handle customers via email and instant messaging
- Working knowledge of Shopify, Zendesk or other Help Desk services would be beneficial
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently as well as being a great team player
