The Role:
We’re looking for an organised, proactive, and people-focused People & Talent Executive to join our team. This is an entry-level role, perfect for someone early in their People & HR career with a strong interest in talent acquisition and supporting hiring processes from start to finish. You’ll be at the heart of ensuring candidates have a great experience, while helping us find and hire amazing people.
This role reports into our People & Talent Manager and is a junior/entry-level role.
🚀Some of your responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition (75%)
Post job ads across job boards, LinkedIn, and our careers page
Screen CVs and shortlist candidates for hiring managers
Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications
Support hiring managers with interview preparation and feedback collection
Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Help design and improve candidate experience touchpoints
Support with sourcing potential candidates via LinkedIn and other channels
People Operations (25%)
Support onboarding for new starters (contracts, welcome packs, IT setup)
Keep employee records accurate and up-to-date
Assist with employee engagement initiatives and events
Provide administrative support across the People & Talent function
Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and basic health & safety compliance
Contribute to initiatives supporting the company’s commitment to sustainability

Recruitment & People Focus: You have a strong interest in recruitment and people operations, and are excited to help build high-performing teams.
Communication: You’re an excellent communicator with a friendly, professional manner, and you make a great first impression on candidates and colleagues alike.
Organisation: You’re highly organised with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring processes run smoothly from posting roles to onboarding.
Multitasking: You’re comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment without dropping the ball.
Tech-Savvy: You’re confident using tools like Google Workspace, and ideally an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Mindset: You’re proactive, curious, eager to learn,and always looking for ways to improve processes and your own skills.
