We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to ensure that all activities from the receipt of the ‘Proto request’ until the buy process is carried out in an effective manner in order to achieve the sales budgets thereby, meeting business objectives and customer satisfaction through high service levels, maximizing sales revenue.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create style pages in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), coordinate 3D and physical sample development, and ensure timely sourcing of fabrics and raw materials.
• Liaise with Product Development Centre (PDC), embellishment, planning, and sourcing teams to secure approvals for fit, costing, and embellishments, and complete all required documentation.
• Assist in customer visits, special projects, and other sampling processes to maintain quality and meet timelines.
• Prepare costing sheets on PLM / negotiate pricing terms, lead times and minimum production quantities whilst coordinating with the costing unit & other relevant parties until the costing is finalised thereby meeting all internal expectations.
• Ensure the PLM is updated with timely and accurate information and obtain necessary approval for any deviations to maintain earnings threshold.  
• Identify respective styles and volumes on receipt of the buy and carryout buy processing activities, forwarding details to relevant parties whilst, updating information into the PLM  system in a timely accurate manner facilitating smooth operations and the achievement of operational KPI’s.
• Contribute to the implementation and sustenance of Lean initiatives and drive Lean objectives through Problem solving activities point Kaizens and other Lean methodologies.  

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 

• Degree in Marketing or relevant professional qualification.
• Prior experience or knowledge  in areas such as Product Development, fabrics, embellishments, styles and samples will be advantageous.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills. 
• Good people and time management skills. 
• Good IT literacy.
