- $40,000 - $50,000 Annually plus commission and bonus structure available based on performance or new sales revenue
Position Summary
We’re seeking a personable, driven, and tech-savvy Sales Executive with experience in the telecom/internet space. This is a salary-based role with a commission and bonus structure available based on performance or new sales revenue. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing existing customer accounts, identifying upsell opportunities, renewing service contracts, and retaining accounts through exceptional service and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring satisfaction and service continuity
- Proactively engage customers for contract renewals and account reviews
- Identify upselling opportunities for higher-tier services or add-ons
- Retain accounts by resolving concerns, providing solutions, and building trust
- Read and interpret account information and billing details accurately
- Utilize CRM tools and internal databases to track leads, opportunities, and account activity
- Communicate effectively via phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experiences
- Experience in sales, account management, or customer retention—preferably in telecom/internet services
- Strong understanding of telecom, internet products, and service-based industries
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for reporting, documentation, and customer correspondence
- Ability to read and understand account details, service tiers, and billing data
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
