JOB SUMMARY
The primary function of the Warehouse Manager is to ensure the accurate accounting, handling and storage of product received in the warehouse as well as the accurate and timely shipments to be delivered for installation in an efficient and timely manner in accordance with Markraft’s Core Values.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Direct supervision of warehouse personnel involved with receiving, accountability and staging of materials in the warehouse
- Accurate accountability of shipping and receiving and signing for all materials in the warehouse to include; scanning staging and proper reporting of damaged, missing or erroneous materials received upon arrival
- Accurate accountability and verification ensuring packing list corresponds with Markraft’s list of materials ordered upon arrival on large shipments being received
- Predetermine and plan staging areas of all materials being received
- Proper packing, labeling and staging small materials received in the warehouse
- Verification with Executive Director of processing materials requiring immediate shipment
- Accurate reporting and recording of data entry involving computerized technology of materials received
- Ensure we always have a safe and clean working environment in the warehouse
- Being punctual, reliable and dependable
- Safe driving record
- Must be able to follow directions and read maps
- Keep unblemished driving record, current driver’s license, and current DOT card
- Deliver products from warehouse to jobsite efficiently and safely as needed
- Be an advocate for Markraft Cabinets at worksites and in the community
- Other duties may be assigned by the Executive Director.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines, policies and procedures, and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Requirements
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. - 2-3 years’ experience supervising a team
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop and lead teams
- High School Diploma/ GED Preferred
- Ability to frequently lift up to 50lbs
