Position Summary:

We are looking for a Field Marketing Coordinator to represent our organization and drive brand awareness through on-site, face-to-face interaction. The ideal candidate for this position is highly motivated, organized, and detail oriented.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Partner with Marketing Team to execute all aspects of the annual B2B Program curriculum, which includes webinars and in person events
  • Work with team members to create promotional materials for events and outreach activities.
  • Provide routine program logistics/maintain requirements or activities to ensure quality of programs.
  • Assist in the development, editing, and production of materials, letters, forms, etc.
  • Update course materials, schedules, requirements, and provide information to participants; resolve problems
  • Produce quarterly reports to reflect program performance and member engagement.
  • Prepare program confirmation and correspondence.
  •  Perform other duties as assigned. 


Requirements

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, event planning, or communications 
  • Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills 
  • Comfortable using platforms like HubSpot, Canva, Eventbrite, and Google Workspace 
  • Collaborative, resourceful, and detail-oriented 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred (not required) 


Compensation & Benefits:

  • $50k-$70k per year depending on experience
