Aspen Medical is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Officer to ensure the accurate and timely processing of salaries, wages, superannuation, and tax payments for our employees.
What You'll Do:
- Process fortnightly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with cost codes
- Review and reconcile timesheets with timecards
- Record deductions, leave, and termination payouts in payroll system
- Maintain and organise personal files (electronic and hard copy)
- Prepare and submit payroll reports for management and audits
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in payroll and HR functions
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in payroll systems and MS Office
- Knowledge of PNG Labour laws (desirable)
