Develop and implement learning and development programs and initiatives aligned with organizational objectives, including training strategy.

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of adult learning principles and methodologies.
Experience in identifying, selecting, and recommending training modalities, learning strategies, and technologies for a learning solution
Display expertise in one or more technology platforms such as Workday, Oracle, and SAP.
Proficient in one or more authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, WalkMe, EnableNow, OGL, Captivate, and Vyond.
Working knowledge of various Learning Management Systems
Understanding of upcoming and new technology trends and its impact on L&D design, delivery, and implementation.
Experience in Design to delivery of LaaS (Learning as a Service)
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and oral
Presentation skills and strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work
Possess a learning mindset and embrace complex problem-solving opportunities.
Highly self-motivated and can work collaboratively within a team environment.
Experience of working with US and multi-Geo clients will be an added advantage.
MBA HR or equivalent Post Graduate degree, from an accredited college/university
7+ years of experience working in the field of Learning Design, managing Learning transformation initiatives in a complex organization.
