- Develop and implement learning and development programs and initiatives aligned with organizational objectives, including training strategy.
- Responsible for the overall development and delivery of curriculum and the creation and delivery of identified training needs
- Engage with business leaders to address skills gaps, organizational transitions, and align training processes to business goals
- Collaborate with different internal and client stakeholders to design and develop training curriculum, course content, and materials using instructional design methodologies
- Evaluate the effectiveness of existing training programs, measure results, and implement improvements.
- Partner with stakeholders to manage organizational change through the implementation of learning and development initiatives.
- Work alongside Functional Leads and SMEs to capture detailed steps for executing specific role-based tasks (Job aids, micro-videos, demos)
- Provide training to new and existing trainers by facilitating Train-The-Trainer workshops, as needed
- Expert knowledge of training, coaching and performance management methodologies
- Track training data and analyze training metrics
- Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and consultants and evaluate their offerings

- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of adult learning principles and methodologies.
- Experience in identifying, selecting, and recommending training modalities, learning strategies, and technologies for a learning solution
- Display expertise in one or more technology platforms such as Workday, Oracle, and SAP.
- Proficient in one or more authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, WalkMe, EnableNow, OGL, Captivate, and Vyond.
- Working knowledge of various Learning Management Systems
- Understanding of upcoming and new technology trends and its impact on L&D design, delivery, and implementation.
- Experience in Design to delivery of LaaS (Learning as a Service)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and oral
- Presentation skills and strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work
- Possess a learning mindset and embrace complex problem-solving opportunities.
- Highly self-motivated and can work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience of working with US and multi-Geo clients will be an added advantage.
- MBA HR or equivalent Post Graduate degree, from an accredited college/university
- 7+ years of experience working in the field of Learning Design, managing Learning transformation initiatives in a complex organization.
