Specific Knowledge, Expertise & Qualification
  • Knowledge of upstream and downstream processes in vendor invoice management - vendor set up/maintenance, Accounts Payable compliance, vendor claims, T&E (Travel and Expense), invoice processing and reconciliation.
  • Expert in MS Office especially Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint. (Visio experience will be a plus).
  • Postgraduate with 2-4 years of experience in similar or HR field.

Role Responsibility

P2P  

  • Manage invoice processing (PO invoices), vendor reconciliation, procure to pay life cycle
  • Process PO / Non-PO Invoice and manage exceptions
  • Perform statistical and status reporting
  • Accounts payable reconciliation
  • Respond to Accounts Payable enquiries
  • Mange and deliver daily performance as per agreed SLA matrix
  • Support leadership during statutory audit schedules related to its area of working
  • Work with finance teams for day-to-day issue resolution

                                   

Induction and Day One management

  • Responsible for planning, delivery management, control and tracking of induction program
  • Prepare and manage employee files including scanning of documents
  • Coordinate with other HR sub functions and relevant department like admin and IT for day one representation
  • Event management on GLMS (Learning system) and data updates
  • Manage infrastructure and logistics
  • Maintain training database (Attendance, Feedback etc.)
  • Focus on continuous improvement of induction training delivery process
  • Support HRSS leadership in making key decisions and managing deliverables. Manage reporting and resolution of key business issues 

 

Project Management

  • Execute project related responsibilities delegated 
  • Support HR leadership with business reviews, preparing management reports and board presentations
  • Critical issue management and follow up with businesses and support functions Head HR Ops

 

Stakeholder Management

  • Be the go-to person for PR/PO and new joiner induction queries
  • Report to key stakeholders, on a monthly basis and ad-hoc as required

  • Ensure personal development plan, goals and objectives are met or exceeded
  • Promptly and professionally seek and act upon all feedback received 
  • Demonstrate KPMG values and playing your part in the citizenship and sustainability agenda
