Requirements
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Financial Analysis – Prepare a wide range of financial analyses including business valuation and damages models for the purposes of litigation, bankruptcy, alternative dispute resolution, internal investigations, and estate/gift tax compliance and planning.
· Research – Perform detailed industry and company research related to client engagements, and summarize the key issues to be included in reports and presentations.
· Presentation Development – Assist in the development of PowerPoint presentations including management presentations, training presentations, and exhibits for trial.
· Reports and Memorandums – Assist in the development of expert reports on damages or other forensic accounting opinions, and written business valuation reports.
· Special Projects – Provide additional support for various special projects as needed to support the goals and objectives of the practice area.
· Administrative/Other – Various other responsibilities may include attending prospect/client meetings, managing client files, supporting the business development efforts of colleagues, and recruiting.
ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, economics, finance or similar required
· Interest in pursuing and obtaining professional certifications in Accounting, Finance, Business Valuation and/or Fraud Examination
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Able to work moderate overtime throughout the year with heavier overtime required during certain business cycles
