Senior Manager G2P Reporting and Analytics

Analytics & Reporting:

• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and automated reports to monitor G2P program performance (e.g., payment success rates, disbursement timelines, exclusion errors).
• Analyze large datasets (payment transactions, beneficiary demographics, fraud indicators) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Generate executive-level insights for stakeholders (government agencies, donors, partners).

Performance Monitoring & Compliance:

• Track program effectiveness against SLA benchmarks, financial inclusion goals, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for payment failures, delays, or discrepancies.
• Ensure adherence to data privacy (GDPR, local laws) and anti-fraud measures.

 Process Improvement & Automation:

• Optimize reporting workflows by automating data extraction, validation, and visualization (using tools like Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python/R).
• Collaborate with IT and fintech partners to enhance data pipelines and API integrations.

Stakeholder Management:

• Present findings to senior leadership, government bodies, and donors in clear, actionable formats.
• Work closely with finance, operations, and compliance teams to align reporting with business objectives.

Team Leadership:

• Manage a team of data analysts/reporting specialists, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Foster a data-driven culture with training on best practices in G2P analytics.

Minimum educational qualification:

• Bachelor’s /master’s in data science, Economics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field.

Minimum experience: 

• 3 to 5 years of Experience in data analytics, financial reporting, or G2P/social protection programs (experience with mobile money, banking, or humanitarian cash transfers preferred).

Other Skills / Competence

• Technical Skills:
  • Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau.
  • Knowledge of Python/R, SAS, or other statistical tools (preferred).
  • Familiarity with payment systems (e.g., ACH, mobile wallets, card-based transfers).
• Soft Skills: 
  • Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration
