IT Support Intern

Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented LTE Tech Intern to support our technical operations team. This part-time internship (up to 20 hours per week) is ideal for students or early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in a technical support environment.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems.
• Support end-users with technical issues via phone, email, or in-person.
• Perform routine system checks and updates.
• Document technical procedures and user guides.
• Help with inventory management of IT equipment.
• Collaborate with team members on special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in  Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of computer systems, mobile  devices, and other tech products.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Windows and/or Mac operating systems.
• Familiarity with help desk software or ticketing systems.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals is a plus.
• Customer service experience

Schedule & Compensation:

• Up to 20 hours per week, flexible scheduling is      available.
• Hourly wage based on experience and qualifications.
• Entry level basic, wage based off experience.
