 We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Project Lead to support ongoing initiatives at our Bedford Park facility. This role is critical in ensuring on-the-ground execution of cross-functional projects focused on inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for Bedford Park-based activities.   


Requirements

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead execution of warehouse-based projects including cycle counting, SKU relocation, inventory control points, and discrepancy resolution 
  • Track project milestones, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery of assigned initiatives 
  • Collaborate with warehouse supervisors, replenishment, picking, and distribution teams to ensure seamless execution 
  • Monitor and validate physical movement of inventory and system-level updates 
  • Analyze and report on operational metrics using Excel and other internal tools 
  • Escalate roadblocks and provide recommendations for process improvements 
  • Ensure alignment with broader operational strategies and 5S principles. 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, lookups, and basic data manipulation 
  • Hands-on experience or high comfort level working in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment 
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-through skills 
  • Strong initiative with the ability to work independently while aligning with broader goals 
  • Must be either registered or intending to register for CAPM or PMP certification within the first 90 days 
  • Reliable and accountable in fast-moving operations settings 

 Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Prior experience in logistics, picking, shipping, or inventory management 
  • Familiarity with WMS platforms (ASC, Numina, SBC, or similar systems) 
  • Knowledge of DMAIC, Lean, or continuous improvement methodologies 

Work Environment:
This role is 100% on-site at our Bedford Park facility. Candidates must be physically comfortable navigating warehouse environments and interacting with frontline teams
