YOUR TOP RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will oversee the IT and database operations for the Mission responsible for the planning, implementation, security, and maintenance of PRM's technology and infrastructure.
- You will lead and manage the IT and database team, promoting a positive and collaborative culture and ensuring staff are trained, equipped, and motivated.
- You will provide strategic leadership for IT operations, systems management, service desk support, network infrastructure, data systems, and cybersecurity initiatives.
- You will oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of critical systems, including ERP, CRM, HRIS, donor platforms, financial applications, and reporting tools.
- You will ensure reliable and secure operation of all IT infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments, including Microsoft 365, servers, firewalls, switches, wireless networks, and virtualized platforms.
- You will lead regulatory compliance initiatives related to HIPAA, PHI, PCI, and cybersecurity policies; coordinate audits, documentation, and staff training accordingly.
- You will establish and monitor IT KPIs to evaluate system uptime, ticket resolution time, user satisfaction, and project completion metrics.
- You will ensure comprehensive disaster recovery, business continuity, and backup plans are in place and routinely tested.
- You will lead or participate in devotions, prayers, or other organization activities that promote a credible Christian witness and lifestyle.
Requirements
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE
- A bachelor's degree in information technology, information systems, computer science, or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in IT, or a combination of education and experience
- At least 3 years of experience in management.
- Certifications in ITIL, Microsoft 365, Azure, CompTIA, Cisco, or PMI are preferred.
- You have demonstrated experience managing enterprise infrastructure, cloud solutions, and end-user support at scale.
- You have a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 administration, Active Directory, cloud networking, endpoint security, and IT governance.
- You have experience overseeing budgets, vendor management, and policy development.
- You have hands-on experience with tools such as Power BI, Snowflake, Jira, SharePoint, and Microsoft Dynamics.
- You have a proven track record of leading digital transformation, ERP integrations, or cross-platform data initiatives.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You have the ability to translate technical needs into business outcomes.
