Warehouse Associate- Cleveland, OH

Description

• Load/unload trucks with incoming/outgoing orders ensuring proper handling and storage of products.
• Record delivery information to ensure all appropriate documentation is completed at the time of delivery.
• Maintain truck and delivery logs in compliance with state and federal regulations and all company operational and safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure products are shipped, received, stored, and allocated correctly and accurately within warehouse.
• Maintain packing specifications and making suitable skids/pallets.
• Operate forklift and other company vehicles and equipment as trained and instructed.
• Provide service to customers and communicates customer needs and inquiries to appropriate department for follow-up.
• Participate in monthly and/or annual physical inventories.
• Maintain the physical appearance of warehouse in a safe and orderly manner.
• Perform other duties, tasks, and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or delivery role preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Forklift certification or ability to become certified.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately record and track shipments.
• Basic computer and math skills for inventory and delivery logging.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies consistently.
• Good communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
