As a Commercial Account Executive, you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, proactively prospecting into designated and assigned territories within our expanding footprint. Your mission? To generate new sales revenue and establish lasting relationships with commercial customers who rely on Clearwave Fiber for their connectivity needs.


Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Utilize your sales experience and expertise to identify and pursue lucrative opportunities within our target markets.
  • Dive deep into our existing and expanding service territories, leveraging your telecom knowledge to connect with potential customers.
  • Be the architect of your success by meticulously documenting all sales activities in our CRM system and managing the quoting process with finesse.
  • Collaborate closely with our Sales Manager to ensure work requests are swiftly addressed, keeping the sales pipeline flowing seamlessly.
  • Step into the spotlight as you meet and present to customers, showcasing the unparalleled value of Clearwave Fiber's offerings.
  • Exceed daily sales objectives with your tenacity and determination, setting new benchmarks for success.
  • Harness the power of market insights and sales aids to craft compelling recommendations and address customer inquiries with confidence.
  • Seal the deal by establishing clear terms and conditions of sales, leaving no room for ambiguity.
  • Keep the wheels turning by submitting sales orders, reports, and queries promptly and accurately, maintaining a steady workflow.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven B2B Sales Record – preferably in telecom or a related technology industry.
  • Hunter Mentality – self-motivated, results-driven, and unwilling to settle for “good enough.”
  • Strong Communicator – confident in presentations, negotiations, and relationship building.
  • CRM-Savvy – organized, data-driven, and able to manage your pipeline with precision.
  • Customer-First Mindset – dedicated to understanding client needs and delivering solutions that help them thrive.
  • Valid Driver’s License – plus your own reliable transportation.

Base Salary + Commission: $40,000 – $60,000 DOE + uncapped commission potential.
