We’re on the hunt for a go-getter—someone who knows how to build real relationships, spot opportunities in the field, and close deals that matter.
If you have experience in outside sales (especially in construction, utilities, environmental or industrial services), and you're ready to help grow a fast-moving Hydro-Excavation services line, let’s talk.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Owning and expanding your sales territory across the Greater Orlando and Space Coast areas.
- Meeting with contractors, utilities, municipalities, and more to pitch our Hydro-Excavation solutions.
- Making cold calls, visiting job sites, attending industry events—whatever it takes to build your book.
- Working closely with our ops team to ensure a smooth handoff and top-notch service delivery.
- Staying organized and on top of your game with CRM tools and regular reporting.

Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- At least 3 years of experience in outside B2B sales (bonus points if it's in construction, industrial services, or utility work).
- Knowledge of Hydro-Excavation, Vac Ops or underground utility work.
- Self-motivated, confident, and great at building trust face-to-face.
- Comfortable managing your own schedule and getting results without someone looking over your shoulder.
- Clean driving record and willingness to hit the road throughout the region.
