Job Description

(Remote - Pune, India)

We’re looking for a motivated and skilled Product Enablement Specialist to ensure our customers not only adopt our products but also achieve their full potential with them. This is a crucial role for driving customer success by providing comprehensive educational content and resources throughout their entire lifecycle.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with product, marketing, engineering, and customer-facing teams to develop and execute impactful enablement programs. You'll be instrumental in supporting product launches, driving high customer adoption rates, and ensuring customers consistently achieve their business objectives.

Please note this position must overlap at least 4 working hours with the United States Mountain Time (MST) zone as part of a standard 8-hour workday, most likely online until 11:30pm IST.

What you'll do:

Maintain customer-facing content: Create and update customer-facing training videos, manage content within our Learning Management System (LMS), and ensure our Help Center is up-to-date and easily navigable.
Execute strategic content initiatives: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Subject Matter Experts) to create and deliver content that aligns with our Go-to-Market strategy.
Drive in-app messaging and communications: Execute in-app messaging strategies to support product releases and customer awareness.
Measure and optimize enablement effectiveness: Track and report on key success metrics and KPIs to understand content performance and continuously identify opportunities for improvement.
Proactively identify and address knowledge gaps: Analyze data and customer feedback to pinpoint areas where product knowledge or training is needed, proposing and implementing solutions to enhance enablement efforts.

What you'll bring:

Exceptional Communication and Presentation Skills: The ability to articulate complex technical information clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally.
Strong Content Creation: A proven track record of creating compelling video, text, and visual content, with a solid understanding of how people learn effectively. Experience with video editing software is a significant plus.
Expert Project Management Skills: The ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain rigorous attention to detail while overseeing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Collaboration and Interpersonal Savvy: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, build strong relationships, and facilitate seamless knowledge sharing across departments.
Self-Motivation and Customer Focus: You are a proactive, team-oriented individual who is deeply committed to exceeding customer expectations.
Familiarity with Enablement Strategies & Tools: Experience with enablement strategies, training methodologies, and change management. Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is essential. Bonus points if you have experience with Gainsight CS and CE, Intercom, Asana, Camtasia, and Zoom.

Requirements:

3+ years of relevant experience in enablement, training, or a related field, specifically focused on a software product, with proven experience translating technical content into clear, customer-facing materials for non-technical users.
Experienced in content creation, including video, written, and visual materials, with a strong understanding of effective learning strategies.
Experience with video editing software is a significant plus.
Must have experience with a Learning Management System (LMS). Bonus points for familiarity with tools such as Gainsight CS and CE, Intercom, Asana, Camtasia, and Zoom.

Logistics & Benefits:

This is a contract position with no defined end date. We are looking for someone available for a long-term engagement, based on mutual fit and evolving business needs.
This contract position includes our paid time off, a 1x work-from-home payment, and company-provided equipment. This contract does not include company-sponsored health insurance.
