We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused Outbound Customer Service and Collections Representatives to join our team. As a Outbound Customer Service and Collections Representative, your primary mission is to monitor customer accounts, provide customer service regarding collection issues, and resolve client discrepancies.

Job Details:

The position starts September 2, 2025. Successful candidates MUST be available to start.

We offer the flexibility to work in a hybrid setting after 1 week of onsite training. 

This permanent full-time opportunity requires availability any five (5) days a week within operating business hours:

  • Monday-Friday: 8:00 am to 8:00 pm ET
  • Saturday: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm ET

Responsibilities:

  • Recover funds on past due accounts and negotiate payment arrangements
  • Maintain positive customer relationships for increased retention
  • Resolve disputes and complaints with exceptional customer service
  • Accurately update and manage customer records in the billing system
  • Contribute to departmental objectives for recovery, call quality, and productivity
  • Collaborate across departments and demonstrate problem-solving skills

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-year collections or call center experience
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and computer skills
  • Responsive and adaptable to change
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications

Compensation: 

  • Hourly rate of $17.20 plus 4% vacation pay
