Venturi Astrolab, Inc. (Astrolab) is pioneering new ways to explore and operate on distant planetary bodies. We are singularly focused on designing, building, and operating a fleet of multi-purpose commercial planetary rovers to extend and enhance humanity’s presence in the solar system. We are seeking motivated, creative, and exceptional people to join our world-class team.Astrolab is looking for a motivated and curious college student or recent graduate to join us for the 2025 Fall and Winter internship cycle. This unique “floating” internship offers the opportunity to work across multiple departments, spending 2–3 weeks with different teams to gain broader exposure to our company and operations. Assignments will be based on both the intern’s interests and the organization’s current priorities. Potential areas of work include, but are not limited to:
- Engineering: Support ongoing development, testing, and prototyping efforts; contribute to problem-solving alongside cross-functional engineering teams
- Operations: Assist with logistics, inventory management, and process improvements
- Sales & Business Development: Support research, customer outreach, and market analysis
- Marketing: Help create content, support social media efforts, and assist in event planning
- People Operations: Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and company culture initiatives
- Supply Chain: Support data entry, modeling, and procurement activities to ensure smooth materials flow and vendor coordination
- General Support: Work on projects across different teams, providing administrative and hands-on support

What you'll bring:
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in a STEM-related field (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Aerospace Engineering). Students in other disciplines with demonstrated interest in space, robotics, or operations are also encouraged to apply.
- Experience: At least 3 months of applied, hands-on experience outside the classroom—this could include research, design teams, personal or group projects, internships, or relevant work experience.
- Proactiveness, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take on new challenges
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with a team
