As a Data Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the usability of our data, particularly by using AI/ML technologies to drive business value and innovation within our organization. Collaborating closely with our Data Governance team, you will analyze, interpret, and identify trends in data to address business and technology challenges. Your responsibilities will include processing, collecting, and reporting on new data, ensuring that optimization efforts are both deliberate and cost-effective.

You will partner with product, engineering, architecture, and data teams to apply analysis and design techniques, leveraging AI and ML solutions to solve complex business problems. A strong foundation in statistics, programming, and data manipulation is essential, as is the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to nontechnical individuals. This role offers numerous opportunities to generate actionable insights from data, tackling issues that were previously unsolvable without advanced AI and ML technologies

· Analyze current data systems and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement

· Design and propose system enhancements to optimize data processing and utilization

· Work with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for system improvements

· Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data

· Assist in conducting cost-benefit analyses for proposed system changes

· Use graphs, infographics, and other methods to visualize data

· Implement KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business and technology initiatives

· Structure large data sets to find usable information

· Create data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders

· Evaluate, measure, and report on various data related AI and ML technology tools

· Assist Data Quality in analyzing data for anomaly/outlier detection

· Collaborate with business teams to identify opportunities for AI/ML applications

· Stay current with the latest developments in AI/ML technologies and methodologies

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

0-3 years of experience in a similar position

The provided base salary information for this position is part of an overall national range. The actual salary within our range for this position will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to the scope, complexity and location of the role, the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate. The total compensation package for this role may also include additional incentive opportunities.Compensation$80,000$80,000 USD
