Job Description
The CRM & Patient Experience Specialist plays a critical role in delivering and optimising data-driven patient lifecycle communications that drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth across Maven Dental and 1300SMILES. This is a hands-on execution role responsible for delivering campaign-based CRM marketing activities, supporting automation build, reporting, and patient experience initiatives across our network of dental practices.
You’ll work alongside our marketing and data teams to build segmented communications, execute campaigns, generate insights, and support our evolving CRM program as we transition to a new platform. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact by enhancing patient engagement and improving communication experiences.

Qualifications
- 3–5+ years’ experience in CRM marketing, campaign execution, or digital marketing roles.
- Hands-on experience using CRM and/or marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot or similar).
- Demonstrated experience with data segmentation, list building, and campaign targeting.
- Proven ability to extrapolate key insights, trends, and hypotheses from data sets to develop effective customer strategies.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns with competing deadlines.
- Experience with basic reporting and analysis using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau).
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for patient-facing communications.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- An understanding of the Privacy Act 2020 and its implications for marketing in Australia.
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, data, or a related field are desirable, but not essential.
