We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Key Account Manager to join our team at our HQ in Bangkok. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our most significant and strategic clients, driving substantial revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to deepen relationships with key accounts, understanding their long-term objectives and identifying new business opportunities.
- Serve as the primary strategic contact for assigned key accounts, overseeing all aspects of the client relationship, including sales, implementation, and ongoing support.
- Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within existing key accounts, including cross-selling and upselling advanced solutions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, customer success, and technical support, to ensure the seamless delivery of tailored solutions and services.
- Lead regular strategic business reviews with key clients, presenting performance insights, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing new initiatives.
- Drive complex contract negotiations, renewals, and expansions with key clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and profitability.
- Monitor and analyze key account performance metrics, providing regular reports and strategic recommendations to both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to inform account strategies and identify new areas for growth.
- Mentor and guide junior account managers, sharing best practices and contributing to the overall development of the account management team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- Already based in Bangkok with experience working with and managing Thai teams in an international work environment.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in key account management, strategic sales, or a similar senior client-facing role, with a strong preference for experience within the technology, media, or digital signage industries.
- Demonstrated success in managing and significantly growing complex key accounts and exceeding ambitious revenue targets.
- Deep understanding of strategic account management principles, customer lifecycle management, and value-based selling.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport at all levels, including C-suite executives.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration to achieve client objectives.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using CRM systems for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
- Highly proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving business environment.
- Familiarity with digital signage, audience analytics, music streaming, and related in-store retail technologies is highly desirable.
