We are actively seeking experienced and driven Key Account Managers to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves managing and expanding relationships with our most significant and strategic clients, with a focus on driving substantial revenue growth and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

  • Strategic Account Growth: Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to deepen client relationships, understanding their long-term objectives, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary strategic contact for assigned key accounts, overseeing all facets of the client relationship from sales and implementation to ongoing support.
  • New Business Development: Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new business within existing key accounts, including cross-selling and upselling advanced solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams (product development, marketing, customer success, technical support) to ensure the seamless delivery of tailored solutions and services.
  • Performance & Insights: Lead regular strategic business reviews with key clients, presenting performance insights, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing new initiatives.
  • Negotiation & Expansion: Drive complex contract negotiations, renewals, and expansions with key clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and profitability.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and analyze key account performance metrics, providing regular reports and strategic recommendations to both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to inform account strategies and identify new growth areas.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Location: Already based in Bangkok.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in key account management, strategic sales, or a similar client-facing role. Strong preference for experience within the technology, media, or digital signage industries.
  • Proven Success: Demonstrated success in managing and significantly growing complex key accounts and consistently exceeding ambitious revenue targets.
  • Strategic Acumen: Deep understanding of strategic account management principles, customer lifecycle management, and value-based selling.
  • Communication & Influence: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport at all levels, including C-suite executives.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using CRM systems for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Self-Motivation: Highly proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving business environment.
  • Industry Knowledge (Desirable): Familiarity with digital signage, audience analytics, music streaming, and related in-store retail technologies is highly desirable.
