We are looking for a CRM Manager to join our team.

Job Description

Set up, launch, and monitor CRM communication campaigns across multiple channels, including one-time and automated flows via email, SMS, and messengers
Manage campaign workflows from planning to execution, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
Monitor and analyze engagement, deliverability, and conversion metrics, applying insights to optimize future campaigns
Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communications
Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness and customer engagement
Maintain accurate records of campaign configurations and results for reporting and optimization purposes

Qualifications

2+ year of CRM experience (gambling/betting);
Strong understanding of engagement and deliverability metrics and proven ability to work with them effectively
Experience in setting up and managing email, SMS, and messenger communication flows (both one-time and automated)
Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
Proficiency in English for internal communication and content review
