Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Junior CRM Manager to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for driving CRM campaigns that engage and retain players through multiple channels, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution and optimization.

Job Description

  • Plan, execute, and monitor CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging
  • Utilize gambling-specific CRM platforms to manage player lifecycles and automate retention workflows
  • Collaborate with content, product, and design teams to deliver timely and engaging campaigns
  • Analyze campaign performance and player data to optimize targeting strategies and customer journeys
  • Support A/B testing and segmentation initiatives to enhance campaign effectiveness
  • Assist in developing bonus and reward strategies tailored to player behavior
  • Ensure all CRM activities comply with regulatory requirements across different jurisdictions

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of hands-on CRM experience, preferably in iGaming, betting, or other fast-paced consumer industries
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Optimove, Salesforce, FastTrack, or similar
  • Strong understanding of communication channels including email, SMS, and push notifications
  • Solid knowledge of customer segmentation, retention KPIs, and campaign logic
  • Comfortable working with player behavior data and campaign metrics
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative mindset
  • English proficiency (B1-B2)
