In your first 12–24 months, success will look like:
- Delivering design-ready drawings and documentation for septic and small-scale wastewater systems that meet both client needs and permitting requirements.
- Collaborating effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders (engineers, technologists, clients, regulators) to move projects smoothly from concept to approval.
- Supporting field work (e.g., test pits, site evaluations, construction reviews), demonstrating strong judgment and attention to detail in rural servicing environments.
- Bringing design concepts to life using AutoCAD and Civil 3D, while contributing to project timelines and quality standards.
- Understanding the importance of time management and project budgets and consistently delivering work in a way that supports schedule and cost expectations.
- Earning the trust of colleagues and clients through consistent, solution-oriented communication and a proactive mindset.

- Enjoy the balance of field and office work and being part of multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with clients and team members.
