Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

We are looking for strong candidates that can act as the liaison across internal departments as well as support customer account maintenance. This position is responsible for providing administrative product information to customers as well as daily sales order processing and follow-ups.

Essential duties are included but not limited to the following areas:

  • Sales account maintenance, providing administrative assistance to sales
  • Act as a liaison between Sales and other departments
  • Perform daily clerical and office maintenance tasks such as responding to customer inquiries, process purpose orders, monitor inventory, follow up ETA with purchasers, work with warehouse and Production for system build, work with shipping team to ship products out.
  • Work with Product and RMA teams for after-sell issues
  • Provide assistance for intra-company project coordination between sales and non-sales departments
  • Conduct report and presentation regarding orders per customer request
  • Provide backup support for team members during PTO
  • Help sales with coordinating customer visits and meetings
  • Help sales with forecasting

Qualifications:

  • College degree required
  • 2-5 years of direct and related sales support experience preferred
  • Experience in data entry, scheduling production and tracking orders
  • Possess strong professional communication skills including: phone, written/E-mail and presentation
  • Experience in customer service and dealing with clients directly
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills are a must
  • Strong Excel skill is preferred
