As a UI/UX Designer at ProArch, you will play a vital role in creating intuitive and engaging user experiences. Your tasks will include:

Collaborating with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative design solutions.
Conducting user research and testing to inform design decisions.
Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
Developing and maintaining design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
Engaging in brainstorming sessions and design workshops to generate ideas and concepts.
Communicating design concepts clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve user experience.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development principles is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts to diverse audiences.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
