We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing activities. The ideal candidate will assist with campaign coordination, market research, content preparation, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the department.

Responsibilities

Assist in the creation, implementation, and monitoring of marketing campaigns.
Conduct market research and compile data to support strategic decision-making.
Prepare and proofread marketing materials, including presentations, newsletters, and reports.
Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to meet project deadlines.
Maintain and update marketing databases and contact lists.
Track campaign performance metrics and assist in preparing reports.
Support event planning and promotional activities as needed.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
1–2 years of experience in marketing or administrative support roles.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
